Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
Old Catholic Bandra, BKC corporate, and a Khar family in the same hall.
There is no single Bandra wedding template. The Mount Mary parish family wedding looks nothing like the JW Marriott BKC reception, and the anchor has to know both.
Bandra has more wedding cultures running in parallel than almost any other Mumbai neighbourhood. The Catholic families of Bandra West, Pali Hill, and Mount Mary still anchor a significant share of the local wedding calendar. Catholic-Hindu inter-community weddings are not occasional here. They are common. The bride from a Hill Road Catholic family marrying into a Khar Punjabi family is a regular Bandra brief.
Then there is the BKC corporate circuit. Taj Lands End, JW Marriott Sahar, Trident BKC, and ITC Grand Central host weddings where the guest list is dense with banking, consulting, and tech executives. This crowd has been to enough weddings to know the difference between a host who has read the family brief and one who has not. Divya works on the specifics, the names, the inside references, the right detail in the right speech, because Bandra crowds notice when the anchor has done the work.
And then there is the NRI factor. Bandra weddings often have 30 to 40 percent of guests flying in from London, Dubai, New York, or Toronto. Some of them have not been to an Indian wedding in 15 years. Divya narrates the rituals in a way that brings them in without slowing the ceremony for the family who knows exactly what is happening.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things that matter for this crowd
The three checks that come up in every Bandra briefing call, in some form.
Handles Catholic-Hindu Inter-Community Weddings
Bandra has more cross-community weddings than most Mumbai areas. Divya scripts the church register and the saptapadi register both, properly, so neither family feels their ceremony got translated into someone else’s tradition.
Reads The BKC Corporate Crowd
Banking, consulting, and tech executives have been to enough weddings. They notice generic hosting immediately. Divya uses specific references and family detail rather than crowd-work that could land at any wedding.
Narrates Rituals For The NRI Half Of The Room
When 40 percent of the guests are flying in from London or Dubai, the ceremony narration has to work for both halves of the room. Divya does this without making the family feel like their wedding paused to explain itself.

Questions Bandra couples ask first
Straight answers. No dodging the details.
Yes. Bandra is one of the few areas in Mumbai where Catholic and Hindu families regularly marry into each other. Divya scripts both ceremonies properly, the church reception register for the Catholic side and the saptapadi narration for the Hindu side, without either feeling like an afterthought. Call +91 9136323270 to discuss.
Taj Lands End, JW Marriott Sahar (BKC adjacent), Trident BKC, ITC Grand Central, The Club at Bandra, and Khar society lawns. She has also hosted at private bungalow setups in Bandra West and Carter Road properties.
Yes. BKC corporate guests, banking and consulting professionals, senior executives, do not respond to loud hosting. Divya keeps the register conversational and the humour specific. She has hosted enough Bandra and BKC weddings to know how to read this room.
Pricing depends on the number of functions and the event format. A Bandstand cocktail reception is priced differently from a three-day wedding at Taj Lands End. Call +91 9136323270 or email [email protected] for a clear quote.
Top dates at Taj Lands End, JW Marriott Sahar, and Trident BKC fill up four to six months in advance for October through February. Send your date over and we will confirm availability the same day.
