Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A large family wedding that needs the elders addressed properly.
The version of a wedding where the family tree is the most important document of the night.
Bhandup weddings are large, and the families are large. Eight hundred to 1500 guests on the main day is the standard, with extended Maharashtrian and Gujarati joint families on both sides. The elders matter. Forgetting to acknowledge a senior uncle during the welcome is the kind of thing that becomes a story in the family for years.
Before the function, we sit with the parents and write out the family tree. Names, relationships, and pronunciations get confirmed with them, not guessed at. Every elder who needs to be on the run-sheet is on it. Most of the weddings the team has been called in to fix mid-function had this as the underlying issue.
The LBS Marg banquets bring acoustic challenges that scale with hall size. Bigger room, worse feedback. We do a walkthrough with the audio team before the function so mic positions, monitor levels, and feedback zones are sorted while there is still time to fix them.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things Bhandup families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Family tree confirmed in advance
Names, relationships, and pronunciations confirmed with the parents before the function. Every senior elder who needs to be acknowledged is on the run-sheet.
Marathi and Gujarati for the elders
Hindi is the bridge, but the elders are addressed in their language. The pheras get Marathi commentary, the Gujarati side’s segments run in Gujarati.
Audio walkthrough with the venue
Bigger Bhandup halls have worse feedback. We walk the venue with the audio team beforehand so feedback zones and mic positions are agreed on before the family arrives.

Anchor & Host Pricing Packages
Pricing that's easy to understand. Every package comes with a script written specifically for your family, your crowd and your day — nothing recycled, nothing generic.
These are starting ranges. The final number depends on the venue, number of functions and what the event needs. Reach out on +91 9136323270 or at [email protected] and we'll come back with an exact quote same day.
Questions Bhandup families ask first
Straight answers. No dodging the details.
Yes. Bhandup weddings tend to be 800 to 1500 guests across the Maharashtrian and Gujarati communities. Our team hosts in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati, switching depending on which family is on stage. Call +91 9136323270 for specifics.
Asian Banquets, Dreams Banquet on LBS Marg, Jainam Banquet Hall, Kalidas Marriage Hall, and various community lawns across Bhandup West and East. Each one has a specific operations setup the team already works with.
Central-line traffic delays are routine here, and the run-sheet plans for them. Filler segments are dropped into the script at three points so a late entry does not leave the room sitting in silence.
Pricing scales with the function count, guest count, and venue. A 1500-person reception is priced differently from a single haldi. Call +91 9136323270 or email [email protected] for a quote on your specific brief.
Winter dates at the LBS Marg banquets fill up three to four months ahead. Reach out early and we will confirm availability the same day.
