Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A wedding where half the guests work in the IT park next door.
The version of a wedding where the same script cannot serve both halves of the room.
Ghansoli sits next to the Reliance Corporate Park and the Mahape IT zone, and most weddings here have a guest list split between corporate colleagues from those campuses and traditional family from across Navi Mumbai. The two halves move at different speeds. The corporate side arrives sharp at the start time and the family side arrives over the next 90 minutes in waves.
The script for this kind of wedding cannot be the same throughout. The opening segments hold the corporate guests with filler content while the family side catches up. The middle segments switch into Marathi for the traditional rituals so the elders are addressed in their language. The reception bridges back into English and Hindi for the speeches and the mixed dance floor.
Venues here range from premium banquets near RCP to high-rise clubhouses inside the residential nodes, and most clubhouse venues come with 10pm or 11pm sound restrictions. The team plans the curfew into the run-sheet rather than learning about it 20 minutes before the cut-off.

Three things Ghansoli families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Two energies in one night
The IT side arrives on time. The family side arrives in waves. The script holds energy through both arrivals without making either group feel out of place.
Marathi for the elders
Hindi is the bridge. Marathi is what the family elders are actually being addressed in during the rituals and elder introductions. The languages are mapped to the segment.
Clubhouse curfews in the run-sheet
Most Ghansoli society clubhouses have a 10pm or 11pm sound cut-off. The script is built backwards from that timestamp so the family performances and DJ segments land before the cut, not during it.

Questions Ghansoli families ask first
Straight answers. No dodging the details.
Yes. Ghansoli weddings often combine corporate guests from the Reliance Corporate Park and Mahape IT hub with traditional family from across Navi Mumbai. Our hosting style works for both, with the script mapped to the segment rather than the same tone across the night. Call +91 9136323270 to talk through your wedding.
RCP vicinity premium banquets, Ghansoli Naka halls, Mahape border hotels, NMMC community centres, high-rise society clubhouses, and Airoli-border lawns. Each one has its own operations setup the team is already familiar with.
Yes. Ghansoli weddings often have a strong Maharashtrian family side that expects to be addressed in Marathi during rituals and elder introductions. Our team hosts in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati, switching depending on which family is on stage.
Pricing scales with the function count, guest count, and venue. A full reception at an RCP-area banquet is priced differently from a single sangeet at a clubhouse. Call +91 9136323270 or email [email protected] for a quote on your specific brief.
Premium banquets in this growing corporate node fill up two to three months ahead during the winter season. Reach out early and we will confirm availability the same day.
