Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A wedding where the same lawn has to do two completely different things in one evening.
The version of a wedding where the tonal shift is the planning problem.
Baner has built up as one of Pune’s upscale residential corridors, with weddings that often have a sundowner cocktail segment leading directly into traditional Maharashtrian pheras on the same lawn. The two segments need different energy, different audio, different lighting, and different language. The tonal shift between them is the operations problem.
Before the function, we script the transition explicitly with the audio team. The sundowner ends with a specific cue. The decor lighting shifts in a planned beat. The mantap setup gets confirmed during the cocktail itself so the changeover is invisible to the guests. The script switches from English-led casual banter into the Marathi register the rituals call for.
The venues themselves, from Baner’s open lawns to the Balewadi High Street banquets, are built for this hybrid format. The team has worked all of them and knows which ones need an extra walkthrough versus which ones run the transition cleanly out of the box.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things Baner families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Tonal transitions scripted explicitly
Sundowner-to-pheras on the same lawn needs the language, audio, and lighting changes mapped to specific cues. We script the transition with the venue and decor team beforehand.
Priest briefed during the walkthrough
The Marathi register for the Mangalashtak and the ritual sequence get confirmed with the priest before the function so the running commentary supports the rituals instead of competing with them.
Backups when things go wrong
Audio dropouts, music cues that misfire, family performances that fall apart. The contingencies are agreed during the walkthrough so the response is rehearsed, not improvised.

Yes. Baner sundowners often transition straight into traditional Maharashtrian pheras on the same lawn as the light shifts. The tonal change is significant. We script the transition explicitly so the cocktail energy ends cleanly and the ritual segment begins in the right register.
Yes. Baner weddings often have a strong Marathi-speaking family base alongside the cosmopolitan guest list. Our team hosts in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati, switching depending on the segment and the family on stage.
Pricing scales with the function count, guest count, and venue. A sundowner-plus-pheras flow on one lawn is priced differently from a multi-day wedding across venues. Call +91 9136323270 or email [email protected] for a quote.
Premium dates at Baner and Balewadi banquets fill up two to three months ahead. Reach out early and we will confirm availability the same day.
