Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A township still being built. Hosting that has to feel finished.
Gaonthan elders, IT cousins, and 400 Mumbai guests who came over the bridge.
Ulwe is the most rapidly built township in Navi Mumbai right now. The CIDCO sectors are still adding towers, the new airport at NMIA is moving from test flights to commercial routes, and Atal Setu has cut South Mumbai to Ulwe to under forty minutes on weekends. The result is a wedding guest list that does not look like anything the original Ulwe families used to plan.
A typical Ulwe wedding now mixes three crowds. The local gaonthan side with Agri and East Indian families who have lived here for generations. The corporate transplants who bought first homes in the new sectors, mostly IT and finance professionals. And the Mumbai contingent that suddenly shows up because Atal Setu made it possible. Divya works in working Marathi for the local elders, slides into English where the corporate cousins are sitting, and runs the introductions so the Mumbai guests do not feel like late additions.
The Ulwe venue list is its own thing. The CIDCO open grounds across the new sectors host 1500 to 2000 guests, but acoustics on those grounds fail past the third row. The newer society clubhouses inside the residential pockets have audio setups still being calibrated. The Bamandongri and Kharkopar vicinity banquets work well but have parking that creates timeline issues on weekends. Divya has worked all of them enough to know what each space asks for.
There is one Ulwe-specific challenge most anchors do not plan for. Guest counts run higher than the family originally booked. Atal Setu changed the maybe-RSVPs into yes-RSVPs, and the actual headcount can land 30 percent higher than the catering plan. Divya works the seating and the running order around that, so the unexpected Mumbai contingent never feels like an afterthought.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things this township actually needs
Three crowds balanced. Open ground acoustics handled. Unplanned guests absorbed without panic.
Three crowds balanced honestly
Gaonthan elders, IT transplants, Mumbai contingent. Three different audiences in one room. Divya counts the minutes for each. Nobody feels addressed second.
A voice that holds an open ground
CIDCO open grounds in Ulwe lose acoustic energy past the third row. Divya holds a 1500-guest capacity without ever pushing into the harsh register. The elders are not flinching, and the audio mix stays clean.
Atal Setu surge planned for
Guest counts on Ulwe weddings run higher than the family originally booked. Divya plans the seating and the running order assuming the Mumbai contingent will be larger than promised. When they are, the evening just feels smooth.

Questions Ulwe families ask first
Direct answers. No marketing fluff.
That is the standard Ulwe guest list now. The original Agri and East Indian families from the gaonthan side share the room with IT and finance professionals who bought first homes in the new sectors. Divya keeps the language honest, holds working Marathi for the local elders, and slides into English where the corporate cousins are sitting. Call +91 9136323270.
Regular venues include the CIDCO open grounds across Ulwe Sectors, premium banquets near Bamandongri and Kharkopar stations, the newer society clubhouses inside the residential pockets, local samaj halls in the gaonthan belt, and the Seawoods-border resorts that Ulwe families also use.
Yes, in real ways. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link cut South Mumbai to Ulwe travel to under 40 minutes on weekends. Guest counts now run higher than the family originally planned because Mumbai-side relatives and colleagues actually show up. Divya works the seating and introductions around that, so the unexpected Mumbai contingent never feels like an afterthought.
Pricing depends on the function list and the physical scale. A 1500-guest open-ground reception is priced differently from a society clubhouse sangeet for 250. Send the date, venue and function list to +91 9136323270 or [email protected] for a specific quote.
Three to four months in advance. CIDCO open grounds and the Bamandongri area banquets fill up fast for the winter window. For destination add-ons in Alibaug or the Konkan side, plan five months ahead.
