Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
Two clocks and one room.
The corporate side arrives on time. The family side arrives later. Both halves have to feel like they got the same wedding.
CBD Belapur is the commercial heart of Navi Mumbai. A wedding here has the bride’s or groom’s colleagues showing up at 6:30 sharp from offices in the same complex, while the family rolls in by 8:30 or 9. The corporate side will leave by 10:45 because they have work the next morning. The family side is just warming up.
At The Park and the corporate-district banquets, Divya runs the evening on two paces. From 6:30 to 8 it is light, conversational, almost cocktail-party hosting, so the colleagues are not standing around an empty floor. Once the family is in, she shifts into the formal run-sheet without making the transition feel obvious.
Foreign guests are common in this crowd. Divya translates rituals as they happen, in a sentence, the way you would explain something to a friend who just walked in. Not the version that sounds like an educational voiceover.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things that decide a CBD evening
A corporate-district wedding has to work on the corporate clock and the family clock both.
Two paces, one evening
Colleagues show up early, family shows up late. Divya hosts the early window light and the later window formal, without the room noticing the gear change.
Translation in a sentence
Foreign guests do not need a lecture on the saat phera. They need one line, at the moment it is happening, that tells them what the room is responding to. Divya does that in real time.
Hotel ballroom acoustics
The Park ballroom and the sector banquets have low ceilings and a lot of glass. Sound bounces. Divya works at half the volume an outdoor host uses, and the back row hears her clearer for it.

Questions CBD families ask first
Straight answers. No dodging the details.
Yes. CBD Belapur weddings almost always have foreign colleagues and overseas relatives in the crowd. Divya translates rituals as they happen, in a sentence, without sounding like a tour guide. Call +91 9136323270 to discuss.
The Park Navi Mumbai, corporate-district lounges, sector 11 and sector 15 boutique banquets, and the club venues that the company-affiliated couples often book.
CBD weddings split. Corporate colleagues arrive at 6:30 sharp from the office. Family arrives at 9. Divya runs a two-pace evening, light hosting from 6:30 to 8 so the early crowd is not staring at an empty floor, then pulls into the formal run-sheet once the family is in.
It depends on the guest count and the format. A 300-guest cocktail reception at The Park is a different brief from a full traditional weekend. Call +91 9136323270 or write to [email protected] for a quote.
Winter Saturdays at The Park and the corporate-district lounges close out three months ahead. Earlier if your date is on a long weekend.
