Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A room that has seen everything. And tunes out theatrics.
Doctors, NRIs, navy officers, parents who built the area in the ’90s.
Nerul evolved into a residential hub the slow way. The NRI Complex generation moved here in the late nineties, raised kids who went abroad, and now host weddings where half the guests are flying in from Toronto, Dubai or Singapore. The other half is local. Doctors, merchant navy officers, second-generation NRI Complex residents. A typical guest list runs the full spectrum.
This audience tunes out a host who screams into the mic. They have seen too many weddings. They have sat through too many anchor segments that ran on Bollywood references and dated wedding jokes. Divya does not use that toolkit here. She uses sharp English with conversational rhythm, slides into Marathi or Gujarati when the elders need to hear the actual meaning, and lets the family moments breathe instead of papering over them with filler.
The Nerul venue list is specific. DY Patil Stadium banquets seat large but have a stage placement that needs work. NRI Complex clubhouses have the strict 10 PM cutoff that is not up for discussion. Palm Beach Road banquets have parking that creates its own timeline issues. Divya has worked all of them enough to know which guest will arrive when.
The hidden pressure in Nerul weddings is timing. Corporate guests arrive at 7:00 sharp. The extended family is still finishing chai at 7:45. The bride is not ready until 8:15. The 10 PM cutoff is firm. That window is fragile, and most anchors lose ten minutes here, ten there. She does not.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things this audience actually notices
English that does not feel translated. Timing that does not feel rushed. Warmth that does not feel performed.
English with conversational rhythm
Nerul guests catch the difference between scripted English and the English a person actually speaks. Divya works without a teleprompter, lets her sentences breathe, and the room never feels like it is being read at.
The 10 PM cutoff, planned backwards
The hard residential cutoff in NRI Complex clubs is not negotiable. She reverse-engineers the evening from that point so the open dance window lands, the photographer gets the shots, and the post-cutoff acoustic hour does not feel like a forced wind-down.
Speeches handled like an editor
Nerul weddings have a lot of speakers. Uncle from Toronto. Best friend from medical college. Father who wants ten minutes but has fifteen minutes of content. Divya works with the family in advance to shape the running order so no speech feels cut short or padded.

Anchor & Host Pricing Packages
Pricing that's easy to understand. Every package comes with a script written specifically for your family, your crowd and your day — nothing recycled, nothing generic.
These are starting ranges. The final number depends on the venue, number of functions and what the event needs. Reach out on +91 9136323270 or at [email protected] and we'll come back with an exact quote same day.
Questions Nerul families ask first
Direct answers. No marketing fluff.
Nerul weddings often have half the guest list landing from Dubai, Toronto, London or Singapore. Divya keeps the hosting in conversational English for those guests, slides into Marathi or Gujarati for the parents and elders, and never makes either side feel like an afterthought. Call +91 9136323270 to discuss your NRI guest list.
She works regularly at DY Patil Stadium banquets, the NRI Complex clubhouses, premium banquets along Palm Beach Road, Parsik Hill resorts and the Terna College vicinity halls. Each venue has its own audio setup and timeline quirks, which she already knows from past events.
Upscale Nerul societies and clubs do not negotiate on the 10 PM cutoff. Divya plans the evening backwards from that. Speeches and choreographies finish by 9:30, the open dance window happens between 9:30 and 9:55, and the post-cutoff hour shifts to acoustic mode without the energy dropping.
Pricing scales with the function list and the venue. A DY Patil Stadium reception with 800 guests differs from a private clubhouse sangeet for 200. Send the date, function list and venue to +91 9136323270 or [email protected] for an exact figure.
Three to four months in advance for the November to February window. NRI Complex clubhouses and Palm Beach Road banquets get blocked early. For destination add-ons in Alibaug or Lonavala, plan five months ahead.
