Divya has hosted over 500 events across India. From a 60-guest birthday gala in South Mumbai to a 1200-guest corporate awards night at a Marriott ballroom. She hosts fluently in Hindi, English, Marathi and Gujarati, switching between languages naturally mid-event so that the grandmother in the front row and the college friend at the back both feel equally included.
Every event gets a fully written, fully custom script. Researched from scratch, built around your family, your inside jokes, your event flow. Nothing is recycled from the last booking. She has anchored wedding receptions at The Leela, Taj Lands End and ITC Maratha, hosted brand launches for national clients, corporate galas for teams of 800, and intimate roka ceremonies for families of 40. The energy is always right for the room because she reads it before she opens her mouth.
Photography & Videography
Seven years from now you won’t remember the menu. You will remember the look on your mother’s face. We make sure that moment exists somewhere you can find it.
We have shot weddings at farmhouses in Karjat where the only light was fairy lights and fire, and receptions at five-star properties like ITC Maratha and The Leela where everything was already perfect. Somehow the candid frames from the farmhouse hit harder every time. Our team shoots across India: destination weddings in Goa and Udaipur, pre-wedding sessions in old Mumbai lanes, corporate events in banquet halls across the country.
We deliver edited photos within 2–3 weeks of your event and full wedding films within 4–6 weeks, with highlight reels turned around faster for social sharing. We don’t believe in over-posing. Most of our favourite shots from any wedding are ones the couple never knew were being taken. The father adjusting his sherwani before the baraat, the bride laughing at something no one else heard. That is what we are actually there to capture.
Wedding Planning
We’ve planned weddings in Mumbai banquet halls and Udaipur palaces. The venue changes. The care doesn’t.
A typical Mic’n Moments wedding involves 15 to 40 vendor conversations before the event day: caterers, decorators, sound teams, makeup artists, transport, accommodation, lighting crews. Manav handles every single one of them so you never have to chase a callback or decode an invoice. We’ve coordinated multi-day weddings across Goa with guests flying in from four different cities.
We’ve also planned intimate 80-guest celebrations in Mumbai banquet halls where the brief was simply “personal and no drama” and we delivered that just as carefully as the 1500-guest destination affairs. We work with all budgets. Our job is not to upsell. It is to make sure every rupee goes exactly where it should. We will tell you when something is overpriced. That is the kind of planning relationship we believe you deserve.
Event Styling & Décor Design
We’ve done traditional marigold mandaps and modern all-white receptions. If it exists in your imagination, we’ve probably built something close to it, somewhere between Mumbai and Udaipur.
Our décor team has worked across styles: heavy traditional setups with layered florals, brass diyas and draping fabric for Gujarati and Marathi weddings, and clean modern installations for corporate galas and product launches where the brief is impact without clutter. We’ve built mandap stages in 5-star ballrooms at Taj and Marriott properties, and decorated outdoor farmhouse ceremonies in Karjat with nothing but fairy lights and imported blooms.
We’ve also styled destination venues in Goa and Udaipur where the natural setting does half the work and our job is to make the rest match it. Every décor project starts with a mood board built specifically for your event. Not a catalogue we pull from, but a visual direction we develop with you over two or three conversations until it actually looks like your wedding and not somebody else’s.
Event Support & Staffing
At a 1200-guest awards night, no one should wonder where to sit. At an 80-guest sangeet, every guest should feel expected.
We have staffed events from 50 guests to over 1500. The brief is always the same: guests should feel genuinely looked after, and the hosts should never have to worry about crowd flow, registration queues or direction-giving. Our event crew is briefed specifically for each job. For a Gujarati wedding reception, the ushers already know the family layout, the VIP section and the flow of the evening before the first guest walks in.
For a corporate product launch, the registration team knows the delegate list, seating tiers and priority access protocol. We have deployed staffing crews at five-star hotel events, outdoor destination venues in Goa and Udaipur, and banquet halls across Mumbai and Pune. The staff we send has worked real events. They are not being trained on your day.
