Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.
Events That
Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
The lake view is easy. The sound and the crowd are the job.
Couples book Udaipur for the setting. What they worry about is whether the hosting will feel as considered as everything else they have planned.
Udaipur destination weddings come with a particular guest list challenge. The family from Mumbai, the business associates from Delhi, the cousins from London, the local Rajasthani relatives, and the college friends from Pune are all at the same event. They have been brought together by one couple and they have almost nothing else in common. An anchor who writes for one of those groups loses all the others.
There is also the venue problem that nobody talks about enough. Heritage palace courtyards are not acoustically designed for modern events. Sound bounces off stone, gets swallowed by open-air spaces, and behaves unpredictably near water. Divya does a venue walkthrough the morning of the event, maps the problem spots, and tells the PA team where to position before guests arrive. By the time the pheras begin, the sound is already solved.
The third thing is restraint. Udaipur venues have their own atmosphere, one that took centuries to build. An anchor who performs against that setting instead of working with it will feel wrong within the first ten minutes. Divya reads the room and matches the energy the venue is already giving the guests.

Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Two Udaipur weddings, two things only experience handles well
The bride arrived by boat. No one told the PA team.
The couple had planned a boat entry across Lake Pichola at sunset. The PA vendor had set up for a land entry. The mic range did not reach the dock.
“Divya narrated the arrival entirely from the shore, over a soft acoustic track, without amplification on the water. The silence from the boat made it cinematic.”
The groom said later he preferred it that way. The unplanned restraint fit the setting better than any announcement could have.
The vintage car stopped outside the palace gates.
The groom had arranged a 1940s Rolls for his baraat entry. It stalled 40 metres from the gate in full view of 300 waiting guests. The dhol players stopped. Nobody knew what to do.
“Divya called it over the mic before anyone could laugh: the groom had decided to walk in the old way, on foot, with his groomsmen. She restarted the dhol players and walked toward him.”
He walked into the palace to a proper procession. The broken car became a story he told at the dinner table that night.
Three things Udaipur families ask for on every call
Not promises. The actual three things families bring up when they brief Divya for a Udaipur wedding.
Matches The Venue’s Atmosphere
Heritage palace properties have an atmosphere built over centuries. Divya does not perform against it. She reads what the setting is already giving the guests and works with it.
Solves Outdoor Acoustics Before The Event
Stone courtyards, lakeside terraces, open lawns. Each one has a sound problem that only shows up when you stand in it. Divya arrives early, tests the positions, and fixes the issue before the first guest is seated.
Scripts For Everyone Who Flew In
Mumbai family, Delhi family, NRI cousins, local relatives. Each group has different expectations from the same evening. Divya writes so each group has a moment that feels specifically addressed to them.

Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, Leela Palace Udaipur, Jagmandir Island Palace, and Fateh Prakash Palace. Heritage havelis and smaller lakeside properties are also venues she has worked at.
Yes. Multi-city, multi-country guest lists are the standard brief at Udaipur destination weddings. Divya scripts the evening so every group has something that feels addressed to them, not just the family that planned the event.
Yes. She arrives a day before for larger destination weddings, walks the event spaces, checks the PA setup, and identifies where sound behaves oddly. Lake-facing courtyards and open terraces have specific acoustic challenges that she plans for before guests arrive.
Palace and heritage property dates in Udaipur fill up 8 to 10 months in advance during the November to February season. Divya’s calendar follows the same demand. Send your date as early as possible and we will confirm availability.
