These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Mic N Moments. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Mic N Moments. References to “you”, “client” or “customer” refer to the person or entity booking our services.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met:

• A formal booking confirmation has been communicated by Mic N Moments in writing via email or WhatsApp
• The agreed advance payment (booking token) has been received and acknowledged by us
• The event details including date, venue, service type and duration have been mutually agreed upon

Until all conditions above are fulfilled, no date or service is guaranteed to be reserved. Mic N Moments reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Verbal or informal agreements, social media messages or website form submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking. Only written confirmation from Mic N Moments via email or WhatsApp constitutes a valid booking.

Payment Terms

All pricing quoted by Mic N Moments is subject to the following payment structure unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Advance / Token Amount: A non-refundable advance payment as agreed at the time of booking is required to confirm and block the date. This amount will be specified in the booking confirmation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due as per the timeline communicated in your booking confirmation — typically before or on the day of the event.
• Additional Charges: Any services, functions, hours or requirements added after the initial booking may attract additional charges. These will be communicated and agreed in writing before being executed.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI or any mutually agreed payment method. Receipts or acknowledgements will be issued upon request. Mic N Moments reserves the right to withhold services if outstanding payments are not cleared by the due date.

No Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 9136323270. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The following applies upon cancellation:

• Cancellation 60 or more days before the event: Advance payment is forfeited. No additional charges apply.
• Cancellation 30–59 days before the event: Advance payment is forfeited. 25% of the total agreed service fee may be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation fewer than 30 days before the event: Advance payment is forfeited. Up to 50% of the total agreed service fee may be charged as a cancellation fee, as significant preparation work, script writing and scheduling have already been invested.
• Cancellation on the event day or no-show: Full service fee is payable.

Cancellation fees reflect the real costs incurred by Mic N Moments in preparing for your event — including script writing, planning calls, scheduling, costume arrangements and coordination with vendors. These are not arbitrary penalties.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a confirmed event must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of Mic N Moments on the new date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, however we cannot guarantee availability for any specific date.

If the new date is available, the booking will be transferred at no additional rescheduling fee for the first instance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may attract a rescheduling fee as communicated at the time of the request.

If the new date requested is not available, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply. No refund will be issued.

Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth delivery of our services, the client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary event information, family details, couple information, preferences and timelines in advance as requested by our team
• Ensure timely access to the venue for setup, sound checks and preparation
• Ensure that event schedules, stage arrangements, sound systems and DJ coordination are in place as discussed
• Co-operate with our team during the event and designate a point of contact from the family or event management side
• Ensure prompt clearance of outstanding payments before the event date

Mic N Moments will not be held responsible for delays, disruptions or reduced service quality arising from failure to meet the above responsibilities on the client’s part. No refund or discount will be applicable in such situations.

Photography, Videography and Creative Services

For photography and videography services booked through Mic N Moments:

• Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking. Typical delivery timelines are 4–8 weeks for photographs and 8–16 weeks for edited video, subject to event complexity and volume.
• The artistic, creative and editing style of all visual deliverables is at the discretion of our creative team. While we take client preferences into account, the final output reflects our professional creative judgement.
• Requests for re-editing are accommodated within reason. However, dissatisfaction with creative choices alone does not entitle the client to a refund.
• Raw, unedited files are not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
• Mic N Moments retains the right to use photographs and videos from events for portfolio, website and social media use unless a written request for exclusivity is made before the event and agreed upon in writing.

Travel, Accommodation and Outstation Events

For events held outside Mumbai or requiring overnight stays:

• Travel (flights or train) and accommodation costs are to be borne by the client unless explicitly included in the written quotation
• For destination weddings, travel and accommodation must be arranged and confirmed by the client at least 14 days before the event date
• Any delays, cancellations or additional costs arising from travel disruptions beyond our control will not be the liability of Mic N Moments
• Per diem allowances for outstation events, if applicable, will be specified in the booking agreement

Force Majeure

Mic N Moments shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, severe weather, power failures or acts of God.

In such circumstances, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. However, no refund will be automatically owed. Any resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Mic N Moments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mic N Moments’ total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, reputational harm or any other intangible loss
• We are not liable for the actions, omissions or failures of any third-party vendors, venues, suppliers or service providers, even if recommended or coordinated by us
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property at events we are engaged to host or support

Intellectual Property

All content on micnmoments.com — including text, images, scripts, videos, branding elements and design — is the intellectual property of Mic N Moments. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Event scripts, run sheets and creative concepts developed by Mic N Moments for your event are prepared exclusively for your use. They may not be shared with, sold to or used by any third party, including other event professionals or competing companies.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any event — without refund — if our team is subjected to verbal abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, physical aggression or any conduct that creates an unsafe or hostile working environment. The safety and dignity of our team members is non-negotiable.

In such circumstances, Mic N Moments will not be liable for any impact on the event, and full payment of the agreed service fee remains due.

Modifications to Services

Any changes to the scope, duration, number of functions or service requirements after a booking is confirmed must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by Mic N Moments before implementation. Additional scope may attract additional charges. Reducing scope after confirmation does not entitle the client to a discount or partial refund.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services or these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties through direct communication.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By booking our services, you expressly agree to this jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

Mic N Moments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on micnmoments.com at the time of your booking shall apply to your engagement. We encourage clients to review these terms before each booking.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any written booking confirmation, quotation or service agreement issued by Mic N Moments, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services booked. They supersede all prior discussions, representations and understandings — whether verbal or written — unless explicitly included in a signed written agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
