Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.

A Sunny’s World wedding
is two football fields and a thousand opinions.
An anchor with a quiet voice or a stock script gets eaten alive.
Bavdhan weddings live on a scale that other Pune neighbourhoods do not match. Sunny’s World can hold over a thousand guests across three separate lawns. The NDA Road banquets are smaller but the crowd is dense. An anchor here needs stage presence, not just a louder mic. Without it, the people at the back of the dining lawn are checking their phones while the bride is being introduced.
The crowd is also more mixed than people expect. Old Bavdhan families who bought plots when the road was a dirt track. Cousins who moved to Hinjewadi for the IT salary. Friends flying in from Mumbai for the weekend. Divya runs Marathi for the patil elders and English for the rest, never in the same sentence and never to perform a trick. The shift happens between paragraphs, where it belongs.
The other Bavdhan thing is the lawn-to-lawn movement. Sangeet on lawn one, dinner on lawn two, pheras on lawn three the next morning. Without an anchor managing those transitions carefully, half the guests miss cues because they got lost between the venues. Divya plans the guest walk-throughs more carefully than the script itself.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three reasons
this neighbourhood keeps calling back.
No fluff. Just the parts that matter.
She can carry a 1000-guest lawn
Sunny’s World and the larger NDA Road venues need an anchor whose voice and presence reach the back tables. Divya projects without shouting and breaks a huge crowd into smaller pockets of attention so nobody feels left out of the moment.
She maps the venue, not just the script
Multi-lawn weddings live or die on guest movement. Divya walks the property before the event, marks where the bottlenecks will form, and times the cocktail-to-dinner-to-sangeet transitions so nobody gets lost between lawns.
A long brief, not a quick form
Before every Bavdhan booking, Divya calls the couple. How you met. The story of the proposal. Which uncle gets the toast. Which one definitely does not. Forty minutes of questions. The script is built from those answers.

What Bavdhan couples
actually ask us first
Straight answers. No hedging.
Yes, many times. Sunny’s World is a large outdoor venue where the mandap, the dining area, and the sangeet stage can be on three different lawns. Divya runs the timing of guest movement between them as carefully as she runs the script itself.
It is the typical Bavdhan setup. Sacred moments run in pure Marathi for the grandparents who built homes here in the nineties. Cousin introductions, sangeet, and reception flow happen in English with Hindi mixed in. Divya never code-switches mid-sentence. She finishes a thought, then turns to whoever the next moment belongs to.
Hilltop pheras are stunning but the wind eats the mic and the guests sit at uneven distances from the mandap. Divya checks the wind angle during the walk-through, marks where she will stand for soft and loud moments, and coordinates with the DJ on backup mic placement before the ceremony begins.
Large open-air weddings need real stage presence, not just a louder mic. Divya knows how to project across a lawn the size of two football fields and how to break the crowd into pockets of attention so the people at the back of the dining area are not left wondering what is happening on stage.
For peak season Bavdhan dates, two to three months ahead. Sunny’s World and the larger NDA Road venues get blocked early in November to February. A short call confirms availability and a 50% advance holds the date.
