Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.

Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A wedding where the local family and the IT side need different scripts.
The version of a wedding where one tone across the night does not work.
Hadapsar sits on Pune’s eastern corridor with Amanora Park Town clubhouses, Magarpatta-border lawns, and premium banquets as the common wedding venues. Most weddings here have a guest list split between traditional Maharashtrian families and IT professionals from Magarpatta and Kharadi. The two halves of the room move at different speeds, and the script cannot be the same throughout.
Before the function, we walk the venue with the audio team. Speaker reach, monitor levels, and mic placement get agreed on with the engineer who will actually be running the desk. Acoustics on a 2000-person Amanora lawn at 4pm during soundcheck do not match what happens at 9pm with the full room in the space.
The script switches across Marathi for the family elders during the rituals and Sakharpuda, Hindi as the bridge across the room, and English for the corporate guests during the speeches and the reception. The languages are mapped to the segment and the speaker rather than blended across the night.
Captured Moments,
Timeless Memories
Events, photography & videography — every moment beautifully documented.
Three things Hadapsar families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Audio walkthrough at the actual venue
Amanora lawns and Hadapsar banquets need the audio team and venue manager to agree on speaker reach and mic placement before the function. We walk it with them.
Four languages mapped to segments
Marathi for the family elders. Hindi as the bridge. English for the Magarpatta IT side. The languages get mapped to who is on stage at the time, not blended across the night.
VIP arrivals acknowledged cleanly
Hadapsar weddings sometimes have local VIPs dropping in. The script has acknowledgement segments built in so the entry is handled with respect and the main programme continues.

Straight answers. No hedging.
Yes. Hadapsar weddings near the Amanora township and the Magarpatta border regularly run 1500 to 2500 guests on large open lawns. The team walks the venue with the audio crew beforehand so speaker reach and mic placement are agreed on before the function. Call +91 9136323270 to talk through your wedding.
Yes. Hadapsar weddings often combine local Maharashtrian families with IT professionals from Magarpatta and Kharadi. Our team hosts in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati, switching depending on which family is on stage.
Hadapsar premium banquets, Amanora Park Town clubhouses and lawns, Magarpatta-border venues, Conrad Pune, Westin at Koregaon Park, The Ritz-Carlton at Yerawada, Sheraton Grand, and Sunny’s World at Bavdhan. Each one has its own operations setup the team is already familiar with.
Hadapsar weddings sometimes have local political or community VIPs dropping in unannounced. The script has acknowledgement segments that can be triggered without breaking the function flow, so VIP entries get handled with respect and the main programme continues.
Premium lawns at Amanora and Hadapsar banquets fill up two to three months ahead during the winter season. Reach out early and we will confirm availability the same day.
