Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.

A wedding on a Nagar Road lawn that holds 3000 guests.
The version of a wedding where the highway outside is part of the planning.
Wagholi has built up along Pune-Nagar Road as one of the city’s largest wedding corridors. Most weddings here are 2000 to 3000 guests on open lawns with a strong Maharashtrian family base, and the baraat often comes in off the Nagar Road traffic. The location of the venues means highway flow is part of the operations problem, not a separate one.
Before the function, we walk the venue with the audio team. Speaker reach and mic placement get agreed on with the engineer. Acoustics on a 3000-person Wagholi lawn need the line array tuned for the rear sections, not just the seated guests near the stage. The walkthrough catches that before the function rather than during.
The script switches between pure Marathi for the rituals and elder introductions, and Hindi as the bridge across the rest of the room. The Mangalashtak gets the priest’s chanting with the mic out of the way. The community announcements get the Marathi register the family elders expect.

Three things Wagholi families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Audio walkthrough at the actual venue
Wagholi lawn weddings need the audio team and venue manager to agree on speaker reach for the rear sections, not just the seated guests near the stage. We walk it with them.
Pure Marathi for the rituals
Mangalashtak, Antarpat, and Sakharpuda are conducted in the Marathi register the family elders expect. The mic supports the rituals, not over them.
Nagar Road delays in the run-sheet
Highway delays are routine, not exceptional. Filler segments are built into the script at three points so a late baraat does not leave the room sitting silently.

What Wagholi couples ask about working with us
Straight answers. No hedging.
Yes. Wagholi weddings along Nagar Road and the Kharadi border regularly run 2000 to 3000 guests on open lawns. The team walks the venue with the audio crew beforehand so speaker reach, stage placement, and crowd flow are mapped before the function. Call +91 9136323270 to talk through your wedding.
Yes. Wagholi has a strong Maharashtrian family base that expects the Mangalashtak, Antarpat, and Sakharpuda to be conducted in pure Marathi. Our team hosts in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati, switching depending on the segment.
Open lawns along Pune-Nagar Road, Wagholi banquet halls, Kharadi-border premium venues, luxury farmhouses on the periphery, Sunny’s World at Bavdhan, Conrad Pune, and Ritz-Carlton at Yerawada. Each one has its own operations setup the team is already familiar with.
Nagar Road and the Kharadi corridor carry heavy traffic, and delays are routine. The run-sheet plans for this. Filler segments are built into the script at three points so a late entry does not leave the room sitting in silence.
Premium lawns and banquets in Wagholi fill up two to three months ahead during the winter season. Reach out early and we will confirm availability the same day.
