Wedding Anchor & Host — Every Function Covered
Every wedding function hosted with the right energy, warmth and preparation for your family.
Mehendi & Haldi Anchor & Host
The first family gathering of the wedding. Divya keeps the energy warm and personal without over-producing it. Close family, real moments, and a tone that carries through to the rest of the wedding.
Sangeet Night Anchor & Host
High energy, both families involved, performances and games running together. Divya is at her best here. She reads when to push the energy and when to pull it back, and she has turned one-sided shows into full family face-offs.
Wedding Ceremony Anchor & Host
From the baraat entry to the varmala, every moment announced at the right time with the right weight. Rituals held with respect, not rushed. If the baraat runs late, the crowd never knows.
Wedding Reception Anchor & Host
Large guest lists, mixed crowds, tight timelines. Divya manages the full reception flow — couple entry, family introductions, speeches, performances and the first dance — without anything running over or feeling rushed.
Engagement Anchor & Host
The first time both families are in the same room. Divya sets a tone that carries through to the wedding itself. Warm, personal, and never formal for the sake of it. The right start makes everything else easier.
Destination Wedding Anchor & Host
Goa, Udaipur, Karjat, Lonavala. Divya travels across India for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation are discussed transparently at booking. Destination weddings are among her most requested bookings every year.

Tell a Story
A glimpse into the stages Divya has hosted across 7+ years.
A wedding where the family’s ritual sequence sets the script, not the other way around.
The version of a wedding where the hosting respects what the family is already doing.
Kondhwa is one of southeast Pune’s most established neighbourhoods, with weddings concentrated at the NIBM Road lawns, Kondhwa premium banquets, and resort venues along the corridor. The functions here often run 1500 to 2000 guests with a strong tradition of large Nikaah and Walima formats alongside other community weddings.
Before the function, we sit with the family and the moulana or priest depending on the format. The ritual sequence, the seating arrangement, and the points where the hosting is welcome versus when the family wants the mic to stay out get confirmed in advance. The script is built around that brief rather than against it.
The languages get mapped to the side and the segment. Hindi and Urdu for the family side during the Nikaah and family introductions. English as the bridge for the guests who fly in. Marathi when the local community side calls for it. The Walima reception is where the function opens out into the broader guest list, and the script switches register accordingly.

Three things Kondhwa families actually check for
The brief most families would write if they sat down to write it.
Ritual sequence confirmed in advance
Nikaah and Walima rituals have a specific sequence. We sit with the family and the moulana beforehand to confirm where the hosting is welcome and where the mic should stay out.
Audio walkthrough at the actual venue
NIBM Road lawns at the Kondhwa scale need the audio team and venue manager to agree on speaker reach for the rear sections before the function. We walk it with them.
Filler content the family recognises
Traffic delays are routine. The filler segments are written off the briefing call with the family’s own names and references, not generic templates.
