Wanowrie sits in the southeast of Pune, with weddings concentrated at Salunke Vihar banquets, Fatima Nagar venues, and the Wanowrie clubhouses. The neighbourhood has a long-established mix of Sindhi, Parsi, Armed Forces, and North Indian families, and many weddings here cross two or three of these community traditions in the same function week.
The script treats each community as its own moment rather than blending the traditions into a generic format. The Sindhi side gets the Saanth and Lada in the right register. The Armed Forces family gets the formal protocol they expect during the welcome. The Parsi side gets the Lagan structure respected. The cousins get the sangeet they wanted. The languages get mapped to the segment, not used as a generic mix throughout the night.
