Magarpatta is one of Pune’s most established planned townships, with Aditi Garden lawns, township clubhouses, and the Amanora-border banquets as the common wedding venues. The functions here often run 1500 to 2000 guests with a guest list that combines local Maharashtrian families and the township’s IT-and-corporate residents.
Before the function, we walk the venue with the audio team. Aditi Garden’s open-lawn acoustics need the speaker reach mapped to the rear sections, not just the seated guests near the stage. Clubhouse functions get the 11pm sound cut-off confirmed with the housing-society management so the script is built backwards from the curfew rather than against it.
The script switches between Marathi for the family elders during the rituals and Sakharpuda, Hindi as the bridge across the room, and English for the township residents during the speeches and reception. The languages are mapped to the segment and the speaker rather than blended across the night.
